The villa features expansive, elegant entertaining spaces, two large master bedroom suites with breathtaking views, and four additional double bedrooms. There is also a library, a television room, and a gym (please see attached floor and site plans).

The villa is built around four central courtyards, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from all principal rooms. Enjoy the 50-foot heated infinity pool and a magnificently landscaped three-acre garden and palm grove.

Direct and private access to Pink Sands Beach, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, is via a short path through the private palm grove. A beach deck with umbrellas lies at the beach’s edge—perfect for reading and relaxing.

Our Chef prepares exquisite meals using both local and international ingredients, tailored to meet your guests’ preferences and dietary needs. The Manager ensures that every detail of your stay is taken care of—from airport pickups to organizing massages, scuba diving, fishing excursions, and restaurant reservations.
