Location and Surroundings:

Over Yonder Cay is in the heart of the Exumas chain in the Bahamas, just 200 miles from Miami. The Island can be reached via Nassau or Georgetown airports, then a short flight in the resort’s own state-of-the-art seaplanes. Despite its convenience, the Island’s seclusion provides a privacy that is complete. The resort’s private marina, reserved solely for guests of Over Yonder Cay, can accommodate yachts of up to 180 feet.

Guest accommodations are in four villas, each situated for perfect seclusion and each with a private beach. The main house is an 11,000 square-foot mansion with movie theater, gym with sauna and steam, and a wraparound invisible-edge pool with expansive ocean views. The other three villas are each approximately 3,000 square feet. Decor is elegant, with fabulous antique rugs and art.

Experience and Activities:

For a private home, albeit a grand one, Over Yonder Cay has an unparalleled range of recreational facilities and equipment. The nine-hole golf course sets it clearly apart. In addition, there is a floodlit tennis court, volleyball court, luxurious 12-seat theater and game room. On the water, guests enjoy two crewed day sailors, crewed motorboats, scuba and snorkeling, bone fishing and deep-sea fishing, kitesurfing and windsurfing, paddle boarding and kayaking, waterskiing and jet skiing.
